Currently working with PAK-ARAB REFINERY Ltd. (PARCO) as Maintenance Engineer at the state of the art 100,000 BPSD Oil Refinery (MCR).
a. Maintenance Engineer (MCR) July 2000~ July2003
• Involved in Pre-commissioning Activities during start-up phase of refinery with M/s Marubeni, JGC & PARCO joint commissioning team.
• Hands on experience of maintenance of Centrifugal Pumps of world renowned manufacturers like ShinNippon & Ebara for mechanical run, seal leakage, vibration analysis and preventive maintenance.
• Hands on experience of working on different types of Mechanical Seal like single, double with tandem or back-to-back arrangement.
• Involved in Vibration Analysis and history maintaining of all equipment for future trends.
• Worked on high pressure three stage double acting Reciprocating Compressor of M/s THOMASSEN Int. of The Netherlands.
• Hands on Maintenance experience of high speed steam turbine-driven Rotary Compressors manufactured by M/s HITACHI Ltd.
• Worked on Chemical Dosing Pumps make M/s LEWA & NAPTUNE.
• Worked on high speed Sundyne Pumps for mechanical seal leakage.
• Hands on experience on Air-Fin Coolers made by M/s FBM HUDSON Italiana for pitch adjustment and gear box troubleshooting.
• Worked as Co-ordination Engineer with DESCON Engg for planning of refinery Turnaround in October 2002.
• Successful supervision of refinery Turnaround Activities including S&T Heat Exchanger maintenance, Catalyst skimming of Naphtha Hydro treating reactor, Repair and maintenance of Distillation columns.
b. Site Engineer: PARCO White Oil Pipeline Project (WOPP) July 2003~ Sep2004

• Worked as “Mill Inspector” for manufacture of 26” dia Grade X-65 pipe according to API-5L standard in SHASHI, CRESCENT AND DATA Steel Mills.
• Hands on experience of pipe stringing, welding, trenching, lowering and hydro testing of 26” dia, 218 Kilometer long pipeline laid between Shikarpur & Fazilpur.
• Worked as Site-Incharge for the installation of Station Equipment at Fazilpur Pumping station. 1. Maintenance Engineer Jan 1998~ Jul 2000

Worked as Maintenance Engineer with THAL JUTE MILLS LTD. Muzaffargarh
