Currently working as CFO of an oil exploration and production operation in Sudan with over US $ 1.5 billion annual budget and revenue of US $ 9 billion. Leads a team of 65 staff of accountants of multiple nationalities. Responsible for the overall financial operation, corporate finance, treasury management, reporting control, development of system and process for MIS, corporate compliance.

For last five years the incumbent had been involved in acquisition activities in oil and gas properties in countries like Kazakhstan, Sudan, Myanmar, Brazil right from the due diligence, development financial model and negotiation for the national oil company of Indian. Have excellent exposure in oil and gas M&A activity.

Have worked in different capacities leading teams for M&A, expert knowledge of oil and gas financial management in joint venture structure, development of financial systems and process for start up organisational unit. Have been awarded as the Manager of the Year in 2006 for excellent financial management in fortune 500 company.

Has a flare and expertise to initiate, develop and implement a sound financial management and corporate governance system to support the decision making process of an organisation, the incumbent can bring immense value to the organisation. A team man guides and co-ordinates the team for the accomplishment of the desired objective in the overall goal achievement. Excellent exposure in ERP (SAP) implementation in a multi location environment.

Have a strong educational background with the basic science degree, Chartered Accountant from ICAI – India as well as a Cost and management Accountant qualification from ICWAI- India.

Manager of the Year award -2006 by ONGC for pioneering contribution in the development of accounting and financial system for a multi location E&P operation as well as best financial management for Joint Venture operations of ONGC.

Trained as SAP partners Academy certificate in FI/CO
