Sep.1997- Present Senior Planning Analyst: Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Company (TAKREER), UAE.
The work involves mainly Using PIMS for Developing quarterly rolling plan for the refineries. Developing five-year plan for the company. Developing annual operating plan for the refineries. Monitoring performance of the refineries. Co-ordination between marketing and refineries on 13 week lifting and supply programs. Analyzing impacts of new projects at various phases of development using PIMS. Developing refining margins on monthly basis. Issuing refinery margin for management on weekly basis.
Co-ordination of all interface issues between refineries and other related organizations. Developing Contracts with other group companies.
Co-ordination of the bench mark study conducted by Solomon.
Developing basis for pricing of products and Feed stocks.

July 1995 – Sept. 1997. Deputy General Manager: Eastern Refinery, Chittagong, Bangladesh Managed all the Technical Divisions of the Refinery.

Worked for twenty years in Eastern Refinery Bangladesh in various Technical positions. Key positions held were
Head of Planning for seven years.
Manager Operations for Three years.
Manager Development for two years.
Headed new plant (consisting of Visbreaking unit, Mild Hydrocracking unit and hydrogen Plant) acceptance team

BS with Honors in Chemical Engineering, Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology(BUET), 1975.
Rank: 2nd place in the Merit List.

Elected member of American Institute of chemical engineers in September 1986.
