During my stay at the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower project, I had the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment. There were employees from China, Great Britain, United States of America, Italy, Germany and from all over Pakistan. That diversity really made the work environment a learning center. There, I learned the true spirit of teamwork, motivation, dedication, patience, cooperation and also how diversity can help to enhance productivity.
