Professional Experience
· Lab support to other laboratories around the region.
· Supply of chemicals, drilling fluids practices and laboratory equipment
· Provide the complete Lab report to customers, upon receiving the requests.
· Good drilling fluid formulation and testing experience.
· Calibrations and operation of all equipments used in the drilling Fluid Laboratory.
· Shipment of Chemicals, Re-agents and equipments to the functional rigs within the Oman.
· Awareness of Labeling and lab waste.
· Awareness of API standard procedure of mud mixing.
· Complete Inventory of all the equipments and re-agents in the Lab as well as in the stock.
· Awareness of QA/QC testing.
· Maintenance of fluid properties and writing a lab report to tenders
· Coordinate with other laboratories in the ME to provide better service to customers.
· Coordinate with regional rigs & locals in term of drilling fluid issues or equipment and chemicals supplies
Competency of drilling fluid tests.
· High Temperature High Pressure Test.
· Permeability Plugging Test.
· Rheology of the Drilling Fluid.
· Mastersizer of particle size distribution.
· Low Pressure Low Temperature Test of drilling Fluids.
· Analysis of the Drilling Fluid, i.e. Calcium, Potassium, Carbonate, pH. MBT, etc.
