Production shift supervisor with more than 13 years experience in petrochemical field (EDC/VCM) plant

From October 2000 to now:
I am working as a production shift supervisor at Qatar vinyl ltd. Co., in Vinyl chloride monomer plant. I am supervising eight to ten operators working in panel and field. The plant capacity is 1000 tons/day of Vinyl Chloride monomer and 720 tons/day of Ethylene Dichloride. We enhanced the capacity to 140% of the design load by the end of 2004 and by now, the plant load has been enhanced to 160%. The target on 2008 is to enhance the plant load to 170%. I had a reasonable role in the studies; testing stage and the implementation of the new modifications for plant de-bottle necking.
