I have a strong interest in applying for a career in GUPCO where I can utilize my academic, soft skills & my previous experience as a project & procurement mechanical engineer at the egyptian american steel rolling company (beshay steel)

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1) Working at Beshay Steel as a Project Procurement Mechanical Engineer.
Job description: handling the site from the head office. Responsible of dealing with different suppliers to get their best offers of the refractory & raw materials. Comparing different offers (Technically & Commercially). Following up the orders, including shipments, clearance, all the financial procedure, till arrival at the site, their operation &performance. Solve the daily site problems. Besides following up the daily raw material status (i.e. daily consumption, stock, order status reports, &shipment schedules).And finally handling the logistics department. Shipping of the site mechanical components (selecting best shipping offer, arranging the shipment, paying the freight charges, collecting all the required documents, following up their clearance at the port, till final delivery to the plant)

2) Working at HYDROTECH for Engineering and Technical Services Company as an Application Engineer, Pumps specialization
Job description: preparing technical & commercial offers, responsible for selection & pricing of pumps & booster sets, that meet the customers’ demand based on the received inquiries
Companies dealt with: Travco- Siemens- Siac- Orascom-Arab Contractors-Sons of Hassan Allam- Enppi- Archirodon- Metito for water treatment-American University in Cairo-Katameia Heights-Halliburton.
