Responsibilities:
1.)Preparation of cement job/ pumping calculations and performing cementing,
pressure and pumping operations land & offshore rigs.
2.)Maintenance of all cementing/pumping equipments.
3.)Liases with customers, co-ordinates and oversees cementing service line
work at the well site, computerized records management, job report
writing and inventory control.
4.)Runs down-hole special tools(RTTS packers, EZSV,bridge plugs) for cementing
& well control operations.
5.)Performs on- field cementing engineering and recipe designs with on- field
well data,computer software(opticem)
6.)Supervises and trains crew members in cementing/equipment operation and
maintenance.
7.)Supervises well completion pumping operations well clean up, lifting and stimulation operations,gravel pack and acidizing.
