Senior Project Manager (2004-2005)
Was promoted to the Customer Service Department in 2004, and aided many key clients. Most of the duties within Customer Service related to explanations and interpretation of the technical data and results to the clients, billing, execution of rushes, file updating, and more.
Senior Analyst-Supervisor (2001-2004)
For nearly four years with Maxxam, have been a senior member of the Commercial Geochemistry Laboratory, and in that time the focus is on the demands that rise from the industrial/environmental water sampling and analysis. My main responsibilities were:
- validation of technical data of ten other Analysts,
- interpreting data for clients,
- communication to clients,
- project coordination, and;
- training of new staff.
Also, have performed tasks of record keeping, updating of procedures, and auditing of best practices/procedures. Have developed strength that has involved troubleshooting of equipment problems, process problems, and chemistry problems.
