I.: From August 2000 to September 2001 worked as Sales & Technical Engineer at Silk Road for computers and electronics trading, Baghdad, Iraq.

II.: Since July 1, 2002 started work full-time as IT Assistance in UAE gaining more than three years experience at Intercare ltd, a multinational company in
Sharjah, one of the major companies in UAE.

accounts including client support, different aspects of file and print services usage, end users training, system backup and recovery and
general network activities related to Server/Client computers.
