MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER fully engage on the Frame MS5001P, Ms6001B and Ms9001E Gas Turbine original Equipment manufacture are
G. E., Thomassen International, ALSTHOM and JohnBrown at Ghubrah Power & DSLN Plant, Muscat and WADI JIZZI POWER STATION, OMAN.

Responsibility Include:

Gas Turbines, Major Overhaul on an Fs5001P, Fs6001B and 9001E. HOT GAS PATH INSPECTION and Combustion inspection, major component were replaced during M.I.2000-2001, Turbine. Top & bottom casing with new casing on Fs6001B located At Gubrah Power & DSLN plant and compressor starter and Rotor blade and Turbine Rotor on a Fs5001P, Load gear box and accessory gearbox complete overhaul bearing change out #1 to 6 on a one Fs6001B gas turbine at Wadi Al Jizzi Power station , Oman, OEM was FLENDER-GRAFFENSTADEN and VOITH TURBO. For 9001E at Gubrah Power and DSLN Plant, Muscat.

Inspection and repair Fuel Distillate skid /storage tank (loading and unloading) fuel gas skid/gas station along with PDO, Oman.
Supporting field counterparts on all maintenance matter.
Spare parts selection comment / clarification to OEM supplier.
Enquiry Float for New / repair / refurbishment – component to OEM authorized workshop and final acceptance.


Responsibilities include:

1. Turbo Expander (Mafi Trench Corporation, USA).
2. Power house consisting of three Gas Engines G-3516 Made Cater Pillar Cap, 965KW and one Diesel Engine 3508 Made Cater Pillar Cap.650KW.
3. Instrument Air Compressor package.
4. Refrigeration Package (Austcold Refrigeration).
5. Centrifugal Pumps (Thompson Kelly and Levis, Ingersoll Dressor).
6. Compressor (Centrifugal & Reciprocating) Sundyne & Enerflax system.
7. Hot Oil Heaters (Thermo Flex Inc.) Gas / Gas Exchanger & Condenser (Titanium International), Heat Exchangers, Column, Vessel, Fin Fan Cooler.
