Al Jabr (construction & service) division is a contracting company of ARAMCO. We are handling constructions, service, maintenance of ARAMCO at Jubail branch in various discipline like instrumentation, electrical, mechanical. Here I am working as an Instrumentation Engineer, I am involving in commissioning trouble shooting, maintenance and servicing of instrumentation and electrical, electronics at ARAMCO jubail branch, my job involvement is as follows. Maintenance, service, Troubleshoot, maintain, adjust, repair, calibrate and install all types of instrumentation and electrical equipment having complex interlocking or inter-related circuits (i.e., PLC's, installation PLC's. PLC programming, Honeywell DCS interface marshalling., ESD Telemetry, IPS, Metering and level instrumentation and computers, generators, temperature/flow/level controllers transformers, controllers, electronic circuits, circuit breakers, motors, heating units, radiator and cable systems and motor control vales, pneumatic valve, solenoid valve relays, timers inverters automatic control systems, contactors, generators, hydraulics ,compressors, motors and gearboxes, boilers, water treatment plant. I have strong PC skills)
Understand instrument loops and electrical prints, and perform Fire and Gas Safety System, Testing and inspection. Perform other duties as required to maintain production and safety issues. Work with users, and other staff to provide instruments, electrical, electronics expertise and to evaluate the effectiveness of systems in order to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of the instrumentation and electrical equipment on plant. Work from blueprints, drawings, layouts or other specifications; locate and diagnose trouble in the electrical, instruments, electronics, computers system or equipment. •Follow manufacturer's manuals for tracing complicated circuitry in equipment. •Determine cable size for motors, generators and transformers.
