• Responsible for Civil / Structural works for assigned projects. 23 years’ post graduate experience in the Construction Industry with 16 years in the Project Management Team / Consultancy (PMT / PMC) role for both Oil & Gas industry and Mixed Used Commercial/Residential Properties/High Rise Towers.
• Has total of 9 years exposure to Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) of On-shore activities in the Oil & Gas industry both as the Client/Operator and EPC Contractor.
• Has broad knowledge in Total Project Management and Construction Management from Concept Design, Detailed Design, Procurement and Construction to Commissioning/Handover.
• Fully conversant in the preparation, management, negotiation & administration of Tender Documents and Construction Contracts. Budget & contract administration, quality control, cost estimating a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential projects.
• Ability to manage design interface among Design Consultants as well as detailed engineering, construction, procurement & best construction and inspection practices by utilizing excellent project managerial state of the art tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of reinforced concrete, heavy structural steel, pre-cast concrete, etc. Undertake design reviews, drawings and specifications submitted by Engineering Consultants to ensure completeness, correctness and compliance with commonly adapted Civil/Structural International Codes, American (ACI, ASTM, AISC, ASCE), British Standards (BS, NSSS, BCSA), & Shell’s Design & Engineering Practice (DEP) and other standards in the Oil & Gas processing industry.
