I'm qualified in the field of Mechanical Engineering onshore as well as offshore. Normal, standard situations and oil/gas/utilities environment with 10-15 years related hands – on practical experience.

I have 10-15 years experience in the development of mechanics and analysis in the fields of structural and mechanical engineering. Start-ups of equipment and implements in shutdown conditions of operations or construction with drilling and production. Mechanical service engineer, Project Managing, Supervisor, for Pre-commissioning/ Commissioning and Testing, Start-ups of implements and equipment in the conditions of operations or construction with drilling/production in shutdown conditions.

My expertise in the field is as follows:
1)Installation, commissioning, start-ups with the prime emphasis in troubleshooting of hydraulic,Heavy duty earthmoving equipment and fluid power systems to develop troubleshooting guides and conduct a related course. Focus is on troubleshooting and repair not design.
2)Flushing/Hydro/Leak Testing, Vessel inspection, Nitrogen leak testing on pressure pipelines and Flanges, etc.
3)Installation of construction, operational pipelines combined with the welded joints and flange, butt weld, X-ray and heat treatment.
4) Vendor for well maintenance, calibration, and testing the functional and operational settings on Psv/ Sdv’s.
5)Start-up and Commissioning of the Compression Modules and centrifugal compressors. Flushing and leak testing of pressure pipelines on the Compression Modules and the line-up of spools to module pipes and the flushing of Centrifugal compressors.
6)Installation of Mechanical Engineering equipment, Rigging, and fitting of equipment, StructuralWelding, Installation of construction pressure pipelines and electrical implements etc.
7)Deep-water drilling or drilling principals and equipment, the constructing of drilling towers. In addition, maintenance of the wellhead control panel and work with Operations and Reservoir Department of Well Hook-up activities and completed scope for production start-up.
8) Excellent communication skills, able to detect and resolve problems. Build high performance Teams to successfully deliver a project on time and a strong team leader with technical skills and expertise in the field of construction.
