Quantity Surveyor

To continue my work experience in Electromechanical industries, Oil & Gas industries, Petrochemical/Gas plant and Industrial power plant in the field of Planning and Project Management to enhance my profession as Mechanical Engineer.

Currently working as Quantity Surveyor and assistant Planning Engineer in the field of project management and construction. One of our prestigious Palm Jumeriah Project and Al Raha Villa in Dubai and Abu Dhabi respectively, on behalf of our client (M/s Nakheel and Aldar). Work includes reviewing tender and contract documents, conduct preliminary survey of the project to ascertain required details, take out bill of quantities from structural drawings, estimate cost of the projects, monitor site work/progress weekly basis and project summary status on monthly basis, generating /updating Histogram and S-curves, and preparing update schedules, and preparing detailed schedule of packages on different phases of concept, design, tendering and construction of overall scope of works. Coordinates with Subcontracts, Procurement, Stores on contractual issues and payments. Administer commercial and contractual matters related to Projects. Valuation of works performed under Contracts, Subcontracts, Service Orders and Purchase Order. Tender document review with emphasis on terms and conditions and price Schedule, Contract Scope of Work including drawings and specifications, Contract Schedule and Milestones, Contract Administration Procedures (Coordination, Invoicing,Variations, Subcontracting etc.)
