Financial Control Department (Accounting & Regulatory Unit) Jan ‘00 - to date

I have been placed in the Regulatory and Compliance Unit in Financial Control reporting to the Regulatory and Compliance Head.

My responsibilities include preparation of regulatory and institutional reports.
The primary institutional reports prepared by myself include:
-Monthly Financial results submitted to Head Office include all local and GAAP books.
-Monthly inter-company reconciliation report within Citigroup
- Quarterly Cash flow report
-Quarterly Country Exposure report monitored country cross border risk

The secondary local regulatory reports prepared by myself include:
-Weekly Statement of affaires submitted to Central Bank
-Monthly assets and liabilities includes Industry/product wise loan and deposit
-Monthly rate of return on loan and deposits
-Half yearly classified loan and deposit

The following additional responsibilities are as follows:
-Financial management system maintenances for Consumer and Corporate includes account/GLSL/branch/departments opening.
-Automation on existing MS excel and MS access worksheet and database and interlink with the main reporting system
-Quarterly account level reviews to ensure all account are mapped correctly mapped with GL/SL
-To automate the other departments reports process, which submitted to us for Head Office and local reporting
-UAT of main reporting system migrated to Oracle from FoxPro


Financial Control Department (MIS Unit) 1996 - 1999

My responsibilities included preparation of various MIS reports.
The reports prepared y myself include:
-Account Profitability Report
-Business Segment Management Profitability Report
-Product profitability Report
-To prepare Power Point presentations for CCO
-Automate various reports using MS Excel and MS access
-Update various web-based reports provided by Region
