Major Attended Shutdowns at Refinery:
1.Naphtha treatment unit shutdown:
•Implementation for maintenance shutdown plans for shutdown item at units & helping UOP vendors in inspecting reactors & vessels existed at the unit.
•Maintenance, cleaning and hydro test (shell &tube) for all heat
exchangers at the units including U-tube type, floating type, combined feed plate heat exchanger (pakinox) also air cooler maintenance from cleaning to hydro-test and inspection •All type of valve maintenance.
•Heater maintenance.
2- Sulphur generation unit shutdown:
•Taking charge of changing the waste heat boiler by a new one starting from planning the removing procedure and implementing it.
•Make hydro test and pneumatic test for the waste heat boiler.
•Pipe line construction for 24" pipeline starting from classifying its codes to the tie in.
3- Lean amine regeneration, sour water treatment & spent caustic treatment units shutdown:
•Taking charge of maintaining 4 stripper towers.
•Full maintenance and hydro test (shell &tube) for all heat exchangers at the units including U-tube type, floating type&
Reboiler.
