Working as “Quantity Surveyor” with UK based multinational construction company M/s AL NABOODAH LAING O’ROURKE LLC at DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, EXPANSION PHASE II PROJECT, TERMINAL 3. Responsible for Subcontractor payments & Performance measurement review apart from Claim’s arising from transmittals & Site clarification requests.


October. 2002 To November. 2003

Worked with Delhi based Construction firm M/S ANSALS HOUSING & CONSTRUCTION LTD as “Quantity Surveyor” for the construction of following Projects: -

Construction of Adharshila VidyaPeeth (School Building) at Pitampura. Responsible for Application for payments, Subcontractor payments &
assisting the Commercial Manager for claims & variations.

Construction of farmhouse for an area of 4.5 acres at DLF Garden’s, chattarpur.

The job involved Application for payments, subcontractor payments & weekly meetings with the consultant & Architect.

Aug. 2000 to Oct. 2002

Worked with a Delhi based Construction firm M/s. SUPERTECH CONSTRUCTIONS LTD, Delhi.

Worked as “Quantity Surveyor” for their Multistory housing society at Vaishali, Ghaziabad for construction of 320 no. flats.

Worked as “Senior Engineer” for the construction of Seven star hotel “ANANDA AT HIMALAYA”(OBEROI GROUP) near Rishikesh.

Providing & laying Granite stone in reception area & lobby at “CHINA EMBASSY”, DELHI for an area of around 1800 Sqm.
