•PFD, P&IDs, equipment data sheet: glycol contactor, glycol regeneration package., heaters and pumps )
•Elaborated flare and blowdown philosophy; finalized cause & effect chart and ESD-PSD block diagram
•Prepared operation manuals
•Member of project HAZOP/HAZID team.
•Coordinated site-engineering activities for pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up of new units.

Responsibilities included:
•Elaborated basic and details engineering for the new plant had consisted of : two stage gas separation units, the last at low temperature, one condensate stabilization tower, one engine-compressor for low pressure gases, condensate storage tanks, condensate transfer pumps, methanol injection pumps with methanol storage vessels and fire fighting system ( main ring, pumps and water tanks)
•Managed the project liaisons and collaboration between the technical departments.

Responsibilities included:
•Analyzed underground gases storage system and settled the technical solutions for integrating the new compressors with the existing facilities.
•Established main sequences of compressors operation together with Vendor engineering team at Dresser factory from Le Havre/France.
•Prepared process documents for the utilities required to the new compressors installation.
•Issued pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up procedures.
