·Design and Development of Circulating Chiller System for Medica Instrument Mfg. Co. (www.medica-india.com)
·Design of optimized refrigeration system of required capacity. Design of the Chiller and Pump system to circulate chilled water for process cooling.
·Transition from R-12 to eco-friendly R-134a refrigerant. Fabrication of the designed system and conduct actual practical tests.
·Design of sheet metal components and casing using Solid Works for evaluating multiple design configurations and selecting the best that will suite the purpose.
·Improve product functionality and add value to the product. Understand customer requirements and accordingly modify the product.
