Head of Supply Chain - MOBIL and EXXONMOBIL headquarters (France) -Since 1999
- Organising product availability with production sites for customers in Europe - Africa - Middle East and Asia
- Guaranteeing the production sites supplies
- Planning the 2 French refineries marine activities (600 KT/year)
- Ensuring deliveries to the major European accounts from our 4 european refineries(200 KT/year)
- Managing third party storage locations (60KT/year)
- Setting up logistic organisations to satisfy our customers' needs
- Managing purchasing (250 M$/year) and sales (600 M$/year) administration
- Ensuring that the company's quality-safety policies are respected through out the logistic chain

- Organising the transfer of the logistics operations from the French site to the Belgium site
- Managing the bulk deliveries by truck trough out Western Europe
- Reducing the freight costs
- Setting up the Logistic part of the SAP system
- Training a team in a new work methods and requirements
