Polyethylene Plant Experience as Process Field operator in Philippines from May 1999 to February 2004
Starting from the Pre-commissioning of the Polyethylene plant, i was selected to go for the Punch listing, Then Air Blowing of pipeline, then conducting a Leak Test. Right after the leak test it was followed by drying out of the system to lower the moisture up to the required level of about 0.2 ppm of moisture content. After this it was followed by Oxygen freeing. In Oxygen freeing, two methods were used. a continuous blowing for the small diameter pipeline and the Pack blowing or Pressure Blowing for the big size pipe or vessel. The medium used for the Oxygen freeing is Nitrogen and after the desired or target Oxygen content which is about less than 0.4 ppm it was depressurized and preserved with nitrogen at 0.5Barg to prevent the ingress of the atmospheric air.

Ethylene Glycol Plant as Commissioning Supervisor in KSA from August 2005 to February 2006
• Gathering of Punch list during the construction up to pre-commissioning stage.
• Inspector for the Pre-commissioning activities such as Air Blowing, Leak Testing, Chemical Cleaning, Steam Blowing, Moisture freeing, Oxygen freeing and Nitrogen Introduction.
• Olefin Plant as Commissioning Supervisor in KSA from February 2006 to October 2006
• Inspection of Distillation column, its internal parts for the cleanliness of bubble cap trays and Support wire mesh.
• During the pre-commissioning phase, I was assign for the inspection of Pre-commissioning such as Air blowing, Leak test, torquing and drying out of distillation column.

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEER as working student in Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
• Finished a Computer System Specialist course at Microcity Computer Learning Center (1995).

• Involved in the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities in assigned area of responsibility which are the Feedstock Purification Unit, Catalyst Activation Unit, Utilities Area, Tank Farm and Jetty Area, Glycol Plant, Olefin Plant and LNG Terminal.
• Operated other units such as the Polymerization Unit, Extrusion Unit and Bagging Machine as part of our cross training.
• Familiar with DCS Operation such as Honeywell model TPS/TDCS 3000 and Emerson DCS Model “Delta V”
• Familiar with the Operation of Various Portable Analyzers such as Delta-F and Teledyne for Oxygen, Panametrics and Cosa for Moisture. Nalco's PH Meter, Conductivity Meter and Portable Data logging Spectrophotometer (DR/2010) for various Water Analysis.
• Knowledgeable with the Operation of Drager Gas Testing Machine.
• Familiar and able to interpret Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) and Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Isometric drawing.
