MAJOR AREAS OF EXPERIENCE

Responsible for driving all critical aspects of Projects; including Project estimation, preparation of bid package and project procurement, Techno-commercial evaluation and negotiation, Project execution, Project Co-ordination, Project survey and Budget estimation, planning and controlling.
Execution of major contracts/ projects like annual maintenance contracts, major shutdowns and new construction sites.
Managing blasting involving sand, grit & shot blasting to specified Quality Standards and application of Industrial coating for corrosion resistance.
Manage contract evaluation and responsible for daily administration of several contracts (invoices, reporting, claims and contractual matters).
Ensure all activities are carried out as per the contractual requirements and within the specified parameters / specification.
Allocate manpower, plant & equipment for shop & field activities at various locations.
Ensure timely mobilization & demobilization to programme & execute various jobs to meet the completion schedule especially in the case of shutdown.
Monitor all production related activities; maintain site activity records, work progress, work completion and utilization of manpower and equipment record.
