Application Engineer SCHLUMBERGER

Responsible for:
1.Design ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) unit by using SubPump Software refer to production history and/or swab test (Chevron uses sonolog)
2.Discuss with Petroleum Engineer to determine production interval based on logging result, PLT tool, permeability correlation, neighbor and injection performance well.
3.Give input to Petroleum Engineer when installing ESP unit in special application, e.g: horizontal well, limitation in clearance (ESP unit & casing), direction of well, specific packer assembly, high viscosity, high temperature, gassy, and/or sandy wells.
4.Discuss with Petroleum Engineer about ESP unit properly to be installed in initial completion wells, the topic covered water coning effect, sand problem, oil production, and well completion.
5.Giving advice to Field personnel if found problem in field related to equipment handling, installation, start-up, running, operation monitoring and optimization, pulling, dismantle, inspection, tests and failure analysis.

Responsible for:
1.Prepare Wellhead and X-Mas Tree running and installation procedure,drawing and manual for Well Integrity Project on ONWJ Area.
2.Provide field service personnel with the proper tools to perform the work on ONWJ Area.
3.Maintain constant communication with BP drilling and well integrity personel to understand their requirement and collecting all well data from Well Integrity FMC team.
4.Monitor wellhead test and inspection schedule for each well on ONWJ Area.
5.Discuss with BP Well Integrity Team about well condition and safety procedure at each platform on ONWJ Area.

Responsible for:
1.Collect inquiry from Devon Energy, Kufpec, Premier Oil, Caltex, Vico and BP Indonesia through newspaper, website, procurement announcement, and drilling personnel.
2.Prepare quotation and commercial document for Wellhead and X-mas Tree tender.
3.Present plan to drill a well, advice technical problems to client in wellhead and x-mas tree.
4.Design wellhead and completion equipment for land and platform applications.
