ベReporting to the HR Department about the Training Needs.
ベAnalyze the Factors affecting the HR-Climate
ベProvide Suggestions & Recommendations for the Inappropriate Training Methodologies.

ベTo find out Satisfactory Level of Employees towards their Promotion.
ベTo measure the Effectiveness of Performance Appraisal while Promotion Decisions.
ベTo Check in with the Grievance Handling Procedure of the company regarding promotion and other issues.
ベTo Analyze the effect of Promotion Decisions on Employees Performance & Morale.
ベTo put forth Suggestions & Recommendations incase of any Flaw or Loopholes in the procedures.

1.Passed with 75% in MBA with Human Resource Specialization which included subjects like International Human Resource Management , Organizational Development ,Organizational Behaviour, Personnel Management, and so on. This add to clarification on the theoretical aspects used in day to day transaction of the companies so it adds on to knowledge and one's profile.

2.MA ( Economics) as specialization was done along with my MBA in ( HR) as a Dual Degree, which adds to my knowledge various aspects like micro & macro economics that adds to the individual benefits and also to the economy as a whole.

3.Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance i.e. BBA ( Finance) is a first feather to my cap as it adds to the advantage to my qualification gained for it has provided me with knowledge of financial aspects also terms like cost management, budget management, financial analysis, ratio analysis etc.
