Work Description :
1.Visit the many of the plan and factory to familiarize with operation and equipment. Ex: Automotive; Proton, DaimlerChrysler, Malaysia Truck And Bus, Perodua and Naza. Other;Indah Water Konsortium Sewage Plant, Malaysian Diecasting ,KTM Berhad and Army Amour Camp.

2.Involve in Electro-Chemical Lubricator System My job is to detect the area that needs an auto lubricator system and the suitable grease for the equipment (ex: bearing, chain, etc). Have to check the equipment and calculate how many grease required for how long and how to mount the auto lubricator on the equipments.

3.Study the equipment in the plan (any equipment that requires the lubricant and grease) trial period.Have to prepare the checklist.Perform Inspection.

4.To fully understand about the oil for automotives industry, steel industry and other industrial activity

5.Able to solve the customer problem technically

6.Good in communication and negotiation skills and follow up with the customer.

7.High knowledge in mineral oil,synthetic oil, base oil, lubricant, coolant and grease

8.Good knowledge in mechanical engineering

9.Good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO 14001. (This company is ISO oriented)

10.Have experience in writing and preparing procedures and business trip reports.
