senior production engineer

Iam looking for a challenge job where I could enhance and utilize my personal skills, experience and my scientific background.

•Working as a production engineer in oil field producing 17,000 bbls of gross liquid (12,000 bbls of oil and 5,000 bbls of water) and 5 mmscf/day of gas.
•Responsible for 20 onshore wells (4 wells producing as a natural flow, 10 wells producing by ESP, 2 wells producing by jet pump, 4 well producing by sucker rod).
*Responsible for onshore plant contains: manifold, high-pressure separator, knockout drum, and low press. Separator, indirect fire heater, transfer pumps, four tanks with capacity 18,000 bbls each and shipping pumps to farm tanks.
•Responsible for operating triplex pumps working on down hole jet pumps.
•Responsible for operating sucker rod surface unit (M912-365-168) working on down hole sucker rod pumps (RHBC)
•Responsible for 12 production operators working at onshore plant.
•Responsible for crude oil analysis done by laboratory technicians.
•Responsible for wellhead maintenance and x-mass tree installation and running wells completion during work over activities.
•Responsible for issue and following job orders, hot and cold work permits.
•Responsible for field wide well testing program. Organize and plan all tests.
•Responsible for reverse osmosis plant w/ capacity 300m3/day.
•Sharing in starting up of several natural flow wells, ESP, jet pump & sucker rod pump.
•Responsible for running, retrieving and maintenance of jet pump and down hole sucker rod pump.
•Sharing in commissioning of onshore plant upgrading and crude oil pipeline 10?¨ with length 100km.
•Sharing in replacement of Wellhead valves if malfunctioning, Onsite repairs of Wellhead valves Leak testing of valves to max. Working pressure (up to 5,000 psi) Replacement.
•Responsible for preparing production daily, monthly and annual reports.
