Pride is one of the major player on contract drilling and related services to oil and gas companies worldwide, operating in over 22 countries with Headquarters in Houston and global forecasted revenues around US$ 3,5 Billions. Actually, Pride has 10 Drillship/Rigs in Angola/Congo that generates more than US$500MM/year.

Alstom Hydro Brazil: 6 month contract: Mar-Sep/2006. French EPC Company, Alston is the number one in manufacturing of Turbines and Generators for Hydro Power Plants.
Finance Director
Main Responsibilities: Management of all Finance, Accounting (BR/IFRS), Costs, Budget, Forecasts and Project reports

BetunelKoch Brazil: 2004-2006. JV between local partners and Koch Materials Inc. Koch’s 50% was acquired by the local partner on January 10th, 2006.
CFO:
•Management of all Finance, Accounting (BR and US-GAAP), Costs, Tax, Payroll, Budgets, Forecasts and Management reports
Achievements:
•Key person on the selling process of the 50% Koch’s shares.
•Implementation of credit police and enhanced collection strategy for old receivables through improved renegotiation processes.
•Thigh control on expenses and costs that together with the new credit police improved cash flow.

Frank’s International Brazil: 2002-2004. The Company had two main activities: Casing services and repair and maintenance of risers and floatation.
CFO:
•Responsible for controlling in general, preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement, management reports, accounting in local and US-GAAP, cost analysis, fixed asset control, administrative and environmental issues.
Achievements:
•Key person in the expanding activities of the Company. Nominated to deal with Petrobras relating to a four-years Casing contract of more than 20 US$MM won during 2003.
•Responsible for the acquisition of a competitor Brazilian company that had over one hundred employees.

Technip Brazil: 1997 - 2001. French EPC Company, for sub sea and deepwater solutions, to the offshore oil and gas industry.
Controller:
•Responsibility for the evaluating of financial and operational performance of several long-term contracts of products and services.

Languages:

• English: Fluent (written, listening and conversation).
• French and Spanish: Basic.

• 20 years experience, the career has been developed in the management of the following areas: Finance, Forecast&Budget, Controlling, Accounting, Tax, and Administration.
• Solid experience in controlling and managing EPC projects.
• Creation of management reports and internal controls.
• Good knowledge in the local Laws and balance sheet conversion into US$ (FASB – US/GAAP).
• Management of the administrative area, including negotiation and control of contracts with third parties, rent, facilities maintenance, attorneys and legal documentation (contracts).
• Finance management involving treasury, risk analysis of the credits and resources, exchange rate, payroll, accountability, costs, corporate budget (Real X Estimated due to the forecast).
• Experience in buying and selling Companies (M&A) and on ERP systems implementation.
