Control the How bakers 20000BPSD unit in the shift using PLC and Electronic controllers
Responsible for making a material balance sheet of whole refinery after collecting data
Control all parameters of furnace and operate fire furnaces for optimum use of fuels
Operate Desalter
Control all parameters to produce specifications on products (naphtha, JP-1, JP-4, Kerosene, HSD and Furnace fuel oil)
Operate stabiliser to control RVP of naphtha
Operate LPG treating section for removal of H2S and moisture
Handle the dispatch and storage facility of LPG
Operate gas gathering system to ensure continuous fuel and gas supply to all units
Handle the refinery’s knock out and flare systems
