· Project experience of Oil & Gas processing, refinery, petrochemicals, fine chemicals covering Front End Engineering Design (FEED), detailed engineering (process), procurement, commissioning aspects as well as feasibility studies, proposals, cost estimates. Defining engineering contract scope.
· Above project work carried out for reputed companies / consultants : Qatar Petroleum / Uhde / Larsen Toubro / ABB, also involving engineering co-ordination with Kvarner Powergas, Lurgi, Petrofac.
· Extensive work done on steady state Process simulation : Hysys and Aspen Plus including formal training. Also, PipePhase, Flarenet, HTFS.
· Hands-on experience and formal training on dynamic simulation: ABB-Simconx and Hysys.
· Safety Function: Conducted hazop reviews. Close out and implementation of recommendations. Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) report reviews. Safety Integrity Level study – fault tree development. FMEA report reviews.
· Enviromental activity: ISO 14001 certifications development, Env. Impact assessment (EIA), Enviromental clearances, waste water treatment engg., Flares systems engg. in detail.
