To Serve an Organization offering new challenges in the field of Store, Inventory and Procurement System in Oil Field and construction sector. Over all experience is nine year.
Professional Experience
The job responsibility includes but not limited to:
1. Make Indent or purchase requisition and then prepare purchase order for the required material
and signed from signing authorities.
2. Follow up of material with the suppliers to timely deliver at site
3. Prepare comparative statement of material based on supplier’s quotations.
4. When material received at site, check quantity as per requisition and quality as well.
5. Update inventory of permanent material daily basis or as required.
6. Update inventory of temporary consumables monthly basis or as required by the management
7. Prepare fixed assets inventory.
8. proper method of issuing of material at site
9. Make the minimum stock level of the material so, we can handle emergency purchasing.
10. Proper stacking of material and location system
11. Responsible for proper stacking, housekeeping and reconciliation of material
12. Have good safety awareness as per rolls of Dubai U.A.E
13. Sources the legal supplier for products required negotiated lowest cost price.
14. Advises Store Buying Committee for approving the contract with suppliers. Negotiates payment terms, equipment requirements, discounts, promotional monies, preferred suppliers.
