Working as maintenance shift engineer for all instrumentation equipments & (DCS) in the site. ·1 Responsible For DISTRIBUTED CONTROL SYSTEM (DCS) : (YOKOGAWA CENTUM 3000), PANELLS, NESTS, JUNCTION BOXES. ·1 Starting generation of system Engineering for CENTUM CS 3000 YOKOGAWA (DCS) Project for CITRO - MISR CO. in 10 th of Ramadan City. ·2 This system contains a total of I/O points is about 2000 points ,6 batch sequences ,13 small sequences, 60 processes graphics pages , 20 Report sheets and 54 Interlocks. ·3 The system displays trend data recording functions , displays inst. Face plate and all operating parameters , processes Alarms (18) per window, and prints shift reports . ·1 All software & hardware items were tested. ·2 Repairing engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and as built drawing also studying the technical specifications received from the sales department. ·1 Establish, preparing and follow up execution of the different maintenance and calibration planes for all instruments and weighting machines for plant and labs. ·2 performing the maintenance of the following instruments: Flow meters , Level indicator , Pressure indicators , Temperature indicators , Density meters , Conductivity meter , PH meter , Dissolved O2 meters , all control on/off valves. ·3 Equipments performance evaluation and defining the proper corrective action required. ·4 Design and erect calibration laboratory to calibrate the process sensors as required point of ISO certificate. ·5 Sharing the store specialist for clearly identifying the different spare parts. ·6 Preparing purchase orders that handed over to the commercial sectors for the required spare parts. ·7 EXTERNAL plants LIKE: BOILERS (COCHRAN BOILERS), CHILLERS (TRAINE), AMONIA, SUGAR, WASTE water, COMPRESSOR (ATLAS COPCO)

Graduation Project: o2 Security system by using the mobile technology in the field of remote control using GSM application. Project Grade: Excellent (97%).
