The Marine Terminal facilities are also expanded to accommodate the increased pipeline capacity. The detailed design is done by Russian, Kazakh and foreign Engineering companies, coordinated by Gulf Interstate Engineering.Responsible for the co-ordination of the design and procurement of the Instrumentation, Control System, Custody Transfer Metering Systems, Telecommunication, LAN/WAN, Security and SCADA systems for the expansion.

o Nine Royalty and Custody transfer metering systems, using Alderley Metering System (ControLogix PLC network, OMNI Flow Computers and Citect SCADA)o Batch Tracking Application by Advantica (Stoner)
Supervised the System Integration and Factory Acceptance Tests.

The 450 km Corridor Pipeline Systems is in Alberta, Canada, consists of four pipelines carrying dilute bitumen, diluent and various refined products, seven pump stations, terminals and twenty-three block valve sites.
Was responsible for leading the engineering design and procurement of the following disciplines:
o Control system (Allen Bradley ControlLogix, VFD, Quantum Eagle Fire and Gas Detection, Automatic Sampler, Motorola MOSCAD RTUs). The control system used various control networks /ControlNet, DeviceNet, MCPM, TCP/IP/.
o Custody Transfer Metering (using OMNI Flow Computers)
