My responsibilities include supervising and guiding the accounts staff to ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts of both the offices. Quick Books Pro accounting software is used for books of accounts. Financial Analysis of Medical Billing and Transcription business of MTBC, Feasibility Analysis of various projects, Preparation of monthly Expenditure and Income Budgets & Budget Variance Reports, Management of funds through use of planning and sound financial controls, Maintaining individual accounts of Head Office and Foreign office of the company, Preparation of consolidated accounts and their monthly reconciliation, proper follow up of the collections, Maintenance and reconciliation of inter-Office current Accounts, Tracking of recoveries and Ageing Analysis, Timely and prompt payments to vendors within Foreign Office and Head Office
