Sabah Forest Industries Sdn Bhd (SFI), Sabah Malaysia

Jan 1986 – SFI is company that produced fine varieties of printing grades using tropical Hardwood pulp that installed capacity of 150, 000 tons per annum. Join this company as a Trainee Process Operator in Paper Machine Department. I have working in the stock Pulp and Chemical additive Preparation Section to assist in controlled and observing plant run and chemical dosing. Then I were attached to attend training in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia by Canadian Instructors for 1 year at N.A.I.T.C

Oct 1988 - Promoted as a Process Operator and handles machine stabilization and involved machine commissioning trials based on certain periods. The two machines were designed by VALMET – DOMINION combined with ABB (Canada) makes pulp and paper with a maximum speed of 760 MPM.


1991 - Promoted as a Senior Operator.


1993 to Present - Promoted as Supervisor and 2 years later been transferred as Senior Supervisor. I am responsibility for production and quality of paper production daily. Monitored and supervised 18 persons (Junior Operator & Process Operator). During machine shutdown, I am involved in mechanical works. Having meeting production and Safety / Fire Fighting weekly. Solved the troubleshooting and directly report to Production Manager daily.

1973 – 1979 : Primary school at SRK Mesapol, Sabah, Malaysia (Standard Six)
1979 – 1984 : Secondary school at SMPO Sipitang, Sabah, Malaysia(SRP)
1984 – 1985 : Sabah Institute of Study Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia (SPM)

1987 - First Aid + Plant Safety Training by Sabah Forest Indutries Sdn bhd.

Jan 14-15, 2004 - Passed on Basic Radiation Protection Course at SFI Training Centre.

I am fast learner, hardworking, ambitious, capable to work in extra time and shifting, also i have a good personality and communication skills.
