· REACTION SYSTEMS:radial flow converters,high pressure autoclaves,slurry STR's,many types of PFR's:liquid catalized trayed reactors,solid catalized packed reactors,non catalized reactors,ion exchangers & chemical absorbers.

veriaty of operating conditions:pressures as high as 30bars,tempratures as high as 500c.

various reaction systems:paraffin to olefin converters,alumina treaters,benzene KOH treaters,HF alkylation reactors,detergent slurry reactors,fatty acid autoclaves,sweet waters ion exchangers.



· FIRED HEATERS:various types of heaters(gas fired,fule oil fired,off-gas fired,Diesel oil fired).

KTI manufactured & BORN manufactured: Hotoil cylindrical heaters,Low pressure drop UOP Wicket type heaters,All radiant vertical cylindrical heaters.

from small 1.5 MW LHV heaters(single burner per heater) to 32MW LHV heaters(12 burners per heater),heaters with high thermal performance(more than 90% effeciency).

various types of JOHN ZINK manufactured burners:fuel oil and/or fuel gas burners,special low pressure drop off-gas burners.continious & non continious gas pilots.

MINGAZZINI manufactured boilers(wet back design) furnished with WIESHUPT burners.from 1ton/hr steam boilers to 7tons/hr boilers.



· Preparing material & energy balance spreadsheets for process units.preparing mathematical models for process equipment & process units.



· Experience in the details of 8 process units:UOP Alkylation Unit,UOP Pacol Unit,BALLESTRA Detergent Powder Unit,Lurgi Fatty Acid Distillation Unit,GIANAZZA Fatty Acid Splitting Unit,GIANAZZA Sweet Water Treatment & Concentration Unit,GIANAZZA Glycerin Distillaion Unit ,batch soap stock acidulation unit & the nineth unit is the Hot oil Utility Unit.
