Job Responsibilities:
ƒç Effective management of existing customers?¦ accounts, generation of new accounts through lead follow ups.
č Work on different Mega Projects and Turnkey System Solutions and also supervise installation and commissioning of all sorts of pump and its applications.
č Provide technical assistance to customers regarding installation, configuration advice, performance monitoring and Maintenance as requested.
č Have adequate knowledge of material standards (AISI, DIN etc.) regarding pumping machinery.
č Acquire adequate know-how in TQM and ISO concepts and procedures.
č Have technical knowledge of all products, which includes Submersible pumps, Inline pumps, Horizontal and Vertical Multistage pumps, Dewatering, Sewage and Drainage pumps, Circulator pumps, Industrial and Domestic Pressure Boosting units, Fire Fighting Booster systems, API standard pumps.
č To correspond with our Principal for various inquiries all over the world including Germany, France, Singapore, Dubai and China etc.
č Visit to customer sites on regular basis to give sales presentation, perform demonstrations and train customers on the correct use of our products.
č Responsible for the Sales of KSB Pumps for Karachi Region. Develop Market Strategies, Meeting Sales Target, Comparing and Evaluation of Technical and Commercial Values.
č To help in the preparation of Monthly and Yearly Sales Forecast by providing relevant multi-dimensional inputs to Departmental Head.
č To review and participate in Tenders, prepare bids, make comparative statements, follow up, execute order till delivery and recover receivables if any.
