Responsibilities:
·Preliminary plan and design of Audit Program.
·Designing internal control system & accounting system and ensure its compliance.
·Reviewing company’s policies & procedures and ensuring compliance to Management’s objectives, policies, strategies and plans.
·Reviewing internal control systems and reporting the adequacy and weakness in internal control systems & procedures and suggestion to improve the existing systems & procedures.
·Reviewing, assessing and testing of internal controls including the risk inherent in the Business and EDP environment. Performing substantive tests and analytic procedures so as to determine the reasonableness of the financial statement assertions.
· Formulation of audit opinion and reporting to the engagement partner.
·Preparation of financial statements which include Profit & Loss account, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement in accordance with International Accounting Standards.
·General Ledger, Debtors Ledger & Creditors Ledger scrutiny.
·Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Inter – Company Reconciliation Statement.
·Compliance with statutory provisions.
·Preparation of working Capital Requirements and Budgets.
·Preparation of Feasibility / Project Reports for setting up / expansion of new / existing projects.
·Preparation of Valuation Report for small & medium sized companies.
