Project Planner
„XReporting to the planning dept. Manager and project Manager.
„XResponsible for the planning & integrated project controls.
„XResponsibilities included:
a) Project Planning:
-Prepare overall project schedule.
-Resource allocation & man-hour control.
b) Integrated Project controls:
-Follow up project progress to take corrective action to achieve the project objectives.
-Follow up actual cost and control CPI, SPI & CSI to take corrective action in order to achieve maximum productivity for all disciplines to finalize the project on time without any cost deviation.
c) Managerial Reporting:
-Provision and issuance of monthly managerial reports on project progress and actual cost spent to analyze disciplines performance during the pervious period to take a necessary contour measurers.

„XReporting to the production & logistics control div. Manager.
„XResponsible for the planning & process control of 3 models in different work shops.
„XResponsibilities included:
a) Production Planning:
-Receiving annual Sales Forecasting for different models.
-Setting annual plan for the plant according to lines capacities and sales forecasting.
-Setting Monthly Production Plan according to availability of production requirements (CKD / Local Parts / Raw Materials) and capacities (lines / machines).

„XEnppi Planner for Sapphire EPC project (early completion scheme was achieved which support BG to start early production from Idku ELNG train 2).
„XEnppi Planner for Simian / Sienna EPC project (early completion scheme was achieved which support BG to start early production from Idku ELNG train 1).

„XEnppi planning leader for EP projects.
„XParticipation in launching of Fiat Siana in Egypt by working as a coordinator between NISSAN EGYPT & FIAT AUTO EGYPT and assisting NISSAN general manager.
„XActive member in total quality management team responsible for productivity control and quality control in NISSAN EGYPT plant.
„XAssisted Nissan Egypt general manager in re-structuring Nissan Egypt company organization.
