Here producing 40 M3/Day Propylene Oxide using Liquid Propylene feed from Madras Refinery Ltd and Liquid Chlorine from SPIC Company.
Using Propylene oxide further production of Propylene Glycol and Different Grades of Polyols using Ethylene Oxide
Nature of job
Here worked in propylene oxide and Propylene glycol plant panel operation and the process controlled by DCS (Centum Yogokawa)
Complete co-ordination with Mache, Elect, Instrumentation, Utility, PED, Safety, and Quality Control Dept of the day to day operation. And prepare the daily production report, yield, issuing of hot and cold work permits, vessel entry authorization.

Process Description
Here the production 45 KL/Day of Methanol from ethylene alcohol by denatures using benzene and toluene. Also from the effluent 1000 M3 /Day Methane gas produced and used as fuel for boiler.

Individual responsibility of the unit shift operation to achieve the daily production and norms and control of ETP and issuing of daily work permits.
I have good experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of Bio-Methane gas Plant
