The Omar gas plant was commissioned by AFPC in 1991
Associated gas from five oil stations is partially dehydrated and gathered at the Omar gas plant.
The gas plant is designed to dew point control 160 MMscfd of associated gas , recompress it and export it for industrial use.
Produced liquids are fractionated to make LPG product for domestic.
