11. Evaluate profit centers and provide analysis and recommendation to maximize efficiency & income potential through direct consultation. Develop “Dealer Operating Analysis “ study for company owned sites on annual basis. Implement retail site operations best practices.
12. Coordinate with the Real Estate representative in preparing proposals files for NTI’s (New To Industry) as well as Rehab and Rebuild projects in company owned sites, Participate in the development of the retail network strategy.
13. Monitor a team of 30 Dealers.
14. Prepare monthly volume analysis comparing between current month volume verses last year it month.
