Head of the Corporate Practice - ASDA'A PR, media and communications consultancy (Dubai): Offering PR, communications and media relations strategy, counsel and implementation through the practice teams to global and multinational corporations such as GE, DHL, EMAAR, ENOC. Responsible for the agency's biggest and most prestigious practice and clients, and for seven teams. Took Emaar, the most valuable property group in the world by market value, through a 1:1 rights issue, ENOC through a petrol price rise, DHL through its incorporation into Deutsche Post, and GE through some of the sensitive issues which surrounds its presence in the region.

Business Editor - Gulf News (Dubai): Ran the 14-page daily business section of the English language and was responsible for all the business and financial content. It was my responsibility to lead the section, set the tone and direction and write the leaders, comment and main interviews. (2002/2003).

The Times (Features, Special Reports), with responsibility for two sections of the newspaper, special reports and features. Sole responsibility for putting the sections together. (2 and a half years - 2001).

UK journalist, writer, editor, columnist, copy taster on the following daily and weekly newspapers: Daily/Sunday Express City desk (eight years), Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror, The Correspondent. Began on The Standard City desk at age 22.
