• Liaising with all reputed third party inspection agencies like Lloyds Register Asia (LRA), Bureau Veritas, TUV, Jacobs H&G etc.
• Fully conversant with welding techniques involving metals like Stainless Steel, Mild Steel.(GTAW,SMAW).
• Qualification of welders and welding procedures to international codes like ASME. Maintaining continuity record for qualification of welders.
• Supervision of nondestructive testing of metals and welds (LPT, RT, MPI)
• Devising the Quality Assurance Plans for the aforesaid equipments..
• Interpretation of radiographs and suggesting repairs where required.
• Review of material test certificates for conformance to ASTM/ASME/IS Standards.
• Maintaining records in line with the requirements of ISO 9001-2000 and ASME 'U' stamp.
