Assistant Manager Customer Services
• To provide technical support to internal and external customers on product selection, designing, installation of internal & external water supply pipe systems, industrial & domestic effluents & sewage discharge systems, plumbing systems & designing & installation of fiber cement roofing systems.
• Review and analysis of complaints on national basis in detail and take such measures involving concerned departments to minimize their reoccurrence.
• To conduct Customer Delight Committee meeting for review the complaints to ensure corrective and preventive actions every month.
• To identify the training needs of In-House sales & marketing staff and to organize and conduct training sessions on fiber cement & thermoplastic products.
• To organize and conduct trainings / demonstrations for public / private / industrial sector organizations.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures and ensure their implementation more effectively.
• Coordination with all departments to ensure that the SOPs are fully understood and properly implemented
• Promote the customer focus culture across the organization.
• To develop and update the technical literature, installation manuals and technical specifications of the products.
• Prepare, review and monitor departmental Action Plans.
• To manage the movement of Field Tools & Equipments & to identify and control the activities of maintenance & repair of these tools.
