This Project ($95 Million) was undertaken in joint-venture with Morganti Inc. U.S., involves construction of Military Buildings (Officer Enlisted Billets, Distinguished Visitor’s Billets, Mall Theatre & Food Court, Fitness Center & Pool, Fire Department, Medical Facility, Guard House / Towers, Pass & ID Building, Vehicle Inspector Sunshade and Dog Kennel) with complete Electro-mechanical services.

Job Responsibilities :
• Monitor & Control the Piping Engineering and Design schedules, budgets and progress in-line with the established project policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities based on Design / Shop Drawings in line with Project Specifications.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings & Isometrics on the basis of Design Drawings & in co-ordination with other services in the building.
• Preparation of Method Statements for Sewage, Domestic & Fire Water Piping.


II. Company : UNITECH MACHINES LIMITED

Service Duration : October 2002 to June 2004.
Designation : Sr. Engineer (Projects), Placed at New Delhi, India.

Job Responsibilities :
• Review of Tender Documents and Preparation of Techno-Commercial Bid including P&ID and Datasheet of various items / systems.
• Preparation of preliminary Bill of Quantities based on P&ID / Layout / Drawings in line with Tender Specifications of the Tender Documents.
• Supervision and Quality Control for Fabrication of M.S. Pipes (upto 89” dia.) rolled out from M.S. Plates for Cross Country Piping Packages
