With more than Twenty two (22) years of extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering of various type of industry (Heavy Fabrication yard, LNG Plant, Oil and Gas Refinery Plant, Off shore Production/Compression/ Well head/Water Injection/Platforms and Petrochemical Plant) in inspection, fabrication, installation, alignment, pre-commissioning & commissioning, Maintenance, start ¨C up & with knowledge in process operation of wide variety of mechanical equipment?¯s such as pressure vessel, Piping valves, pumps, compressor, gas/steam turbine, gas turbine generator, gas turbine compressor, gas metering, water injection and boiler.

Familiar with operation/start-up and trouble shooting of production equipment / machinery including gas compressor, generators, pumps, blower and fans. Also involve in the operation / commissioning of utility facilities such as steam generator, air compressor, water treatment and waste water treating unit. Knowledge and operate the most sophisticated Distributed Control System (DCS) and Fire and Gas System.

Experience in pre-commissioning activities such as water flushing, air and steam blowing, tightness test, mechanical running / initial start-up of pumps and equipment / machinery, system passivation and acid cleaning. Also involve in the initial dry-out operation of refractory for heaters and boilers. Understand and interpret process flow diagrams, logic diagrams, process control loop system. Perform instrument function checking, interlock and sequence logic test and emergency shutdown logic test.

Knowledge in office and site based commissioning activities. Good standard in English (written and spoken). Skillful in preparation of compiling the technical procedures and manuals use for commissioning activities. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
