1.Development of design package for electrical related plant modification including
•Preparation of drawing such as plot plans, power layout, lighting layout, earthing layout, communication layout, one line diagram, typical installation detail drawing, area classification drawings etc.
•Preparation of Bill of quantity and list of document.
•Development of execution procedures and construction specification as per applicable code and stsndards such as IEC, BS, NFPA etc
•Feasibility study, risk assessment, cost estimation, scheduling and planning.
2.Preparation of Tender/contract document for project.
3.Project Management which includes technical and commercial evaluation of bids, pre-execution, execution and post-execution planning using Microsoft Project, testing and commissioning of project, preparation and clearance of Punch-list items.
4.Provide Engineering support for refinery electrical system.
5.Provide Engineering support during Refinery pre-turnaround, turnaround and post-turnaround activities.
6.Training of newly inducted Trainee Electrical Engineers.

Job Functions:
1.Maintenance of Power distribution system of Sub-division.
2.Arrangement for new domestic, commercial and industrial power supply connections.
3.Feasibility study, risk assessment, cost estimation, scheduling and planning for future projects.
4.Energy-meter reading and billing of domestic, commercial and industrial consumers.
