1))Senior Accountant For Payables ,Taxation and Cost Analyst from 2003 till date at National Gas Group.(Arabia Gas/oil Company)
Duties & Responsibilities:First : Taxation Field
1.Preparing the annual income tax returns .2.Closing agreement and compromise.
3.Preparing statements of defense for Tax Evasion. Second :Accounting Field:1.Preparing financial statements (Balance sheet, income statement, statement of cash flows, statement of Retained Earnings).2.Preparing consolidated Financial Statements.3.Applying International, American, and Egyptian accounting standards to the financial statements.4. Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and reviewing bills for possible errors. Review applicable accounting reports and accounts payable register to maintain and ensure accurate. responsible for matching invoices with purchase orders, checking invoices for accuracy, prepare and enter invoices in to the payables system and ensure that expenditures are recorded against the appropriate accounts.. Verifies that adequate budgeted funds are available for payments and then encumbers the funds for orders and may schedule the issuance of accounts payable checks. Verifies receipt of materials or services and matches invoices and other documentation to process payment . Maintain historical records for all accounts payable transactions Assist with monthly and year-end close out.
Third : Auditing Field:1.Applying the International, American, and Egyptian Auditing Standards.2. Preparing the Review and help Audit Reports.
Four : Cost Field:1. Consolidate, studding, analyzing data and drawing conclusion from analyzed data Preparing cost worksheet ,financial statement and analyzing variances for constructions and operation cost Anticipating requirements , submitting information for budget preparation Calculate sales and cost of sales by comparing budget with variance calculations Handling cost and inventory accounting Control and audit all transactions related to inventory Entry and maintain software system by entering verifying and backing up data.2)) Senior Accountant in W.T.C in Saudi Arabia (Mukaah) Mari Bin Mahfouz Group& Co
