• Additionally, I am performing site management functions covers Project Planning and Execution (erection, testing, commissioning & handing over) of Gas Turbine Power Plant Covering Main Packages like Gas Turbine (GE Machines) & Auxiliaries and Balance of Plants like Fuel Treatment Plant, Gas Conditioning Skid, Fuel Selection Plant, Gas Turbine Generator, HVAC, Fire Fighting, High & low Pressure Vessels, Forwarding/ Transfer Skids for fuel/ water system, Piping (including Diesel/Crude/Fuel Gas Piping, Cooling Water Piping, Gas Condensate Piping, Flare Gas piping, Instrument/ Plant Air Piping, Industrial Water/ Polished Water piping, Utility Steam Piping, Nitrogen Gas Piping), Fuel Storage Tanks(25000 cubic meter capacity) with floating roof/ fixed roof / combination of floating roof & fixed roof as per API 650 (Carbon Steel/ Stainless Steel tanks).

• As the Lead Project Engineer of the Company, I reported to Dy. General Manager. Junior Engineers/ Supervisors reporting to me about the day-to-day Project Construction Activities.

• My Responsibilities include Monitoring Productivity, Safety Procedures, facilitating Progress Review Meeting, Reporting to Management/client and Prioritizing & Planning of jobs (Project Planning- Micro & Macro level, Execution Project Schedule & Monitoring). Responsible for checking & formulating the Inspection Test Plan & Procedures for each category after incorporating the corrections if any, those are to be followed after approval from client.

Being the Management Representative and lead auditor of the Company my responsibility includes Scheduling & Planning the Internal Auditing covering all the departments & conduct Second Party audits at vendors/ suppliers premises. The company project execution is associated with petrochemical industries like Saudi Aramco and power utilities such as Saudi Electricity Company. I have conducted more than 100 audits during my stay with this company for the last five years and are familiar with system audits of oil & gas and Petrochemical Sector. My responsibility includes preparing the company for the External ISO Certification audit/ Surveillance Audits by third party certification agency (M/s BVQI).

Years of experience : 14 Years as Senior Engineer.

• Experience in the inspection of Industrial Products like Plant Machinery, Machine Tools, Steels, Agricultural machinery, Pipes, Industrial Valves, Pressure Vessels etc according to National and International Codes and Specifications (ASME, ASTM, AWS, API & ISO). Work in progress / stage inspection includes ensuring the Quality of Welding during fabrication at shop and erection at site by Non Destructive Testing methods like RT, UT, MPT, LPT and VT. Final Inspection includes checking of dimension, Hydraulic testing and pneumatic testing to the applicable code/design.

• Responsible for Review and Approval of Quality Assurance Plan, Welding Procedure Specification and Welding Qualification Records and Releasing Inspection Clearance Certificates.

• Reporting to Area Manager and responsible for Administration activities like coordination with client/ Suppliers, arranging inspections, verification of reports and coordination for statutory inspections (Exports/ Imports).
